    • All you need to do is click on the JOIN NOW link and select the New User button to provide our system with account setup information. Once it's confirmed, 5 free credits will be applied to your account!

    • To change your phone number, you will need to log in to your account on the B&A Loyalty Rewards membership site.  1. Select the “Login” button  2. Enter your User Name and Password 3. click Login. 4. On the menu options, select “Profile” 4. Type in your new number and select “Submit”

    • Please log in to your account on the B&A Loyalty Rewards membership site, and click on the "Forgot Password" button. 1. Type in your User Name to reset your password.  2. You will receive an email with instructions. Please follow the instructions in the email.
  • I registered, but I don’t see my points online.
    • Remember to use the same User Name you used to register. To see your points online, you will need to log in to your account on the B&A Loyalty Rewards membership site.
    • After the new account is created, please allow 24-48 hours for your points to sync with your online account
  • How do I see my points?
    • Login and/or register online. Signin or stay signed in to your account and select “Rewards” at the top right. You will see your points there.
  • I didn’t get my points. What do I do now?
    • To inquire about your points, please email us at info@bastreetkitchen.com with the time and date of your last visit (receipts really help out if you still have them) and we’ll get you taken care of.
